It’s the New Year and time to commit to new goals.  I’ve updated my Mantra (which I may post someday) and I am looking forward to 2014’ adventures.  As I sat down to write out this year’s ambitions, I happened to glace over and pick up my life book.  Yes, I carry around a binder which I call “my life book” with quotes, goals, positive affirmations, etc.  I look at regularly, especially when I need a jolt of positivity.  The first thing I see is a quote from Abraham which I LOVE.

“Get so fixated on what you want that you drown out any vibration or reverberation that has anything to do with what you don’t want.”

Another quote from Abraham I LOVE and can put to good use almost daily when I am challenged by life.

“Tell everyone you know:” ‘My happiness depends on me, so you are off the hook.’  And then demonstrate it.  Be happy, no matter what.  And before you know it you will not give anyone else responsibility for the way you feel-and then, you’ll love them all.  Because the only reason you don’t love them is because you’re using them as your excuse not to feel good.”

As I begin this New Year and new goals I’m giving myself permission to succeed, be happy, feel positive and good, fumble, make mistakes, drop the ball and most importantly just be me!  That’s all I know!
